FAQ (Android - TeacherPad+)

- Tap “Message” button at the right bottom corner, and fill in content in the pop up screen
- Tap “Share” button to send
TEXT MESSAGE & ATTACH FILE VOICE MESSAGE
This is a new feature to TeacherPad+
- Select “Apps” on the top bar
- “Add Label” at the bottom
- Name your label > Select Apps > “Check” to save
This is for teacher to group student’s devices freely, without a common preset device label
- Tap “Floating” on TeacherPad+
- A 4-digit session code will be generated for teacher to share with targeted students, and they can enter into the ESP (Student)

- We have not set auto-recovery for password in sign-in page due to security concern
TeacherPad+ is ESP’s new version of TeacherPad, TeacherPad+ is an interface for teachers to manage student devices and apps in the classroom.
Currently, TeacherPad+ can only manage iOS and Android devices.
DOWNLOAD & INSTALL
TeacherPad+ (App)
- iOS App Store
- On teacher’s iPad, go to App Store and search for TeacherPad+
- Android Google Play
- On teacher’s tablet, go to Google Play and search for TeacherPad+
TeacherPad+ (Web Version)
- Open a browser, and access https://www.eschoolpad.net/teacher/teacherpadplus/
* Teacher must have a Teacher Account to access
CREATE TEACHER ACCOUNT
- In ESP Admin Console: User > User Management > Create New > Choose Account Type = Teacher
* Please note that Teacher Account has access rights to TeacherPad+ (App and Web version) only, and will not have access to ESP Admin Console

This is a 8-character strings uniquely identify each schedule created. This can be used to specify a schedule when reporting an issue.
