

To provide greater flexibility, ParSon is introducing a new payment option for ParSon license. Starting 1st October 2025, schools will have two options for managing ParSon licenses.
Option 1: Individual Parent Subscription (New)
Schools can now choose to allow parents to subscribe to and pay for the ParSon license directly on an individual basis.
This is managed through in-app subscription, simplifying the process for schools that prefer a decentralized payment model.
If schools choose this option, simply notify our ESP Support via email, whatsApp or chat. Schools’ MDM commands still supersite the commands from ParSon app, and manage parents accessing ParSon as below:
- School Time
- Pair by scanning QR Code or typing in Device Registration Code
- Paired Devices
- Parents’ Schedules
Option 2: Bulk School Subscription (Existing)
Schools that prefer to continue managing and paying for licenses in bulk can still do so. The process for this option requires the school to complete the following steps:
- Prepare Device Information: The school must compile a detailed list of all devices that will be legally paired with the ParSon account. This list must include Device Serial Numbers and Device names.
- Complete Enrolment Form: The school must fill out and submit the official ParSon Enrolment Form, including the prepared device list and the desired subscription start date.
- Activation: After submission, ESP Support will handle the activation request and notify the school’s responsible when ready.
- ESP MDM Admin Console Readiness for ParSon Pairing: The school is responsible for arranging a School Time and ensuring the devices are ready for pairing in ESP MDM Admin Console.
- Launch: For schools choosing bulk subscriptions, the new in-app license payment feature will not be available within their parents’ ParSon app.
