How to handle when a BYOD student no longer study in my school?

This process will involve wiping device and administrative work in your Apple School Manager (ASM) account.  So please sync the data properly and get ASM login info ready.

  1. Log into your ASM account and unassign the device with the Serial Number
  2. Wipe Device :
    1. “Device” > “Device Management”
    2. Select the device
    3. “Action” > “Advance” > “Wipe Device”
  3. Remove the Device from your Devices List :
    1. “Device” > “Device Management”
    2. Select the device
    3. “Action” > “Advance” > “Delete Device”
