In this case, the device only shows Settings and ESP Student apps. If you check with the device details in Admin Console, “Disable All” profile would have installed. To resume the device, simply uninstall “Disable All” profile.
When uninstall an VPP app from an iPad, the total VPP license for that VPP app will not decrease. To remove the license from the iPad, go to Device > Device Management > Select the Device > Go to Device Detail Page > VPP Apps tab > Find the VPP App > Click Dissociate License

On the dashboard, you may notice an alert indicating MDM Cert Expired. This is not the ESP MDM license. It is our ESP MDM service at Apple. If MDM Cert Expired, you need to wipe the device and re-enroll the MDM certificate.
